Its official!!

Zoey is walking! Now don't expect her to come running up to you the next time you see her, but she is walking, three or four steps in a row today. And I believe that she might even enjoy this new form of transportation!

She is also getting another tooth, and it was giving her a real run for her money tonight, it must hurt! She first got a middle tooth on the bottom and now this second one is on the top right hand side. She doesn't like to show it off, but if you look real quick you can get a glimpse of it!

We went swimming this afternoon in the driveway and hung out around the house. Zoe had a sleep over last night with Mimi Diane and Grandpa Mike, so she was ready for an early bed. Some times putting her to bed is a wrestling match and I really just lay her down in her bed for a second to let my arms rest and she falls asleep, its the strangest thing.

Tonight Jake was whistling for Alyce and all of the sudden Zoe whistled as well. Jake looked at me and said "who was that" and I said " well I can't whistle that well so it must have been Zoe" and sure enough it was.

The transition from formula to whole milk and bottle to sippy cups isn't going great, getting the new tooth has really put a hitch in the plan, it makes Zoe way to crank to try anything else new. So we will wait for that come in and then try the milk and sippy cups again. Sooner or later it will all get taken care of.
