GREAT weekend

We had a wonderful weekend!! It started with ice cream on Friday night with great friends!! On Saturday we went to the farmers market downtown where we got lettuce and brownies.. when we got in the car, Zoe asked me if she could have some lettuce.. thats my girl!! Saturday afternoon we went to the pool and then hung out in the neighborhood with great friends.

On Sunday we headed to Iowa City to help move Dan and Ali and of course, Heni!! Zoe was a great helper and it was a great day! We are excited to see what the future holds for Dan and Ali!! We love them and wish them all the best, where ever they go!

On Monday we went to Mt. Auburn for the Memorial Day program. It was a great program and reminds you what the day is really about. After the program, we came back home where Jake had been busy smoking meat and getting ready for a large party!! We had a wonderful afternoon, spending time on the deck with great friends and family!! By Monday night we were one tired bunch! Chris said Z took a 2.5 hour nap today, which is a LONG nap for Zoe, I guess the weekend even wore her out!!

If you asked Zoe the most important part of the weekend was Friday night when we went and bought her a swing set. It is in four large boxes in our garage and we hope to get it put together this weekend. Zoe is so excited and I can't wait to play with her on it.
