Christmas fun!!

Christmas weekend started on Thursday when Jake and the girls went to the library and then got a special treat of McDonalds for lunch. Then in the afternoon I was able to come home from work and Jake and Zoe headed outside for some sledding and snowman building!!

Friday we hung out in the morning and made santa cookies and then in the afternoon, papa john, mary, mimi and grandpa all come up. We made a ginger bread house and then went to church. After church we had a wonderful dinner here at the house and then papa john read the night before christmas. We put our plate of cookies out for Santa and then headed to bed.

Christmas morning Zoe was up about 7 and ready to open present. We did stockings, and then opened presents. Zoe got so many cool presents. She wanted to play with each one after she opened it. She got a Hello kitty gumball machine that she had to put in her room right away and then had her fair share of gumballs:) She also got lots of barbies, puzzles, games, books, doctor kit and santa didn't disapoint she got her star barbie!! She was a very happy little girl and spent the rest of the day playing with all of her new toys!!

Sunday we slept in and then for lunch we headed to Vinton to see Ted Ben and Jill LaGrange as well as Bob and Jane. It was a great visit. Sunday afternoon Jake, Zoey, Sue and Papa John went to the movie Yogi Bear. Zoe loved the movie and had a great time!!

Today Zoe, Charlee, Jake, Sue and Papa John spent time together at the house and then Marlee and Maddie came over to play. Zoe was so excited to show them all of her new toys!!

Tonight Zoe is going to spend the night at Mimi and Grandpa's and play with them all day tomorrow. She is having a great winter break so far and had a wonderful Christmas!!
