Blessing

almost every night before bed Zoe tells me three blessing from her day and I tell her three blessing from my day. I usually have to go first. Most nights I lay and think for a second and find myself trying to think of those wow moments.. because for some reason that is what I think has to be my blessing, normally I quickly settle on some pretty standard ones such as "I had a great day at work", "I was blessed to be able to spend time with my family this evening" and so on... and of course Z tells me that those are great blessing. Well tonight she told me she had good ones and she did they were "that my fans is turning and creating a breeze for me", "that I have a family that loves me" and "that jesus loves me" these blessing just help to remind you that the big stuff isn't the blessing in your day to day life the blessing in your day to day life are just that your day to day stuff.. and of course the perception of a child is what helps us all to remember that.
