On Friday we went and had dinner with Zoe's friend Ella. They had a great time swimming in the pool and then Ella said to Z, "Do you want to stop swimming and go upstairs and do BFF stuff?" of course Z said yes, when I asked her if she knew what BFF stuff was she said no, but she is always up for any thing. She does love spending time with Ella.
On Saturday we went to the farmers market and Zoe was of course on the look out for cookies and she was able to spot some with pink frosting.
When we went to get flowers the gentleman selling flowers said "Is that Zoey?" and Zoey said "MR. D!!" I guess Mr. D is the counselor at Southdale and he take pride in knowing all of kids names. Zoe of course loved that he knew her name. And then we got to pick out flowers from Mr. D, it was a good trip to the farmers market.
Saturday night we headed to Vinton to spend time with Mary and Papa John. We had pizza, saw Custard, and Zoe got to ride him and watched fireworks. It was a wonderful evening.
Sunday we headed to church and then spent the afternoon playing with Marlee and Maddie. The girls played barbies, dress up, did dances for us and then had a kool aid stand where they put signs on the power wheels and drove up and down the block letting everyone know they had kool aid for sale. They each made $1.25.
