First Entry

August 16th 2007~

Today is our first entry, Jake created this blog for me so I can keep family and friends up-to-date with Zoey's activities and daily adventures.

Today Daddy and Mommy took me to get my new born pictures taken by Lisa Coots in Vinton. I was a very good girl the whole time, and mostly slept. I even took a pee on Daddy when he was holding me; oops sorry Daddy! This weekend Grandma Austin and Aunt Susan came and visited from Colorado. I love them very much. Grandma knitted me several outfits and a blanket that is really warm. I think the hat that she made me will fit great and keep me warm this winter here in Iowa. I am starting to get use to being at home with Alyce Mommy and Daddy. Most of the day I sleep unless they make me stay up; for some reason they don't like it when I'm up at 2 am and want to play. I also visited Grandpa Austin and Grandpa LaGrange today who were very surprised to see me. I slept most of the time, but there is plenty of time for them to play with me when ever I want too.

Well, Its time to eat and time to take another nap, 2 am is going to come very early and I want to make sure I well rested!
